Catesby strengthens team with senior appointment
Catesby Property Group plc, based near Warwick, has appointed Myron Osborne as Land and Development Director.
Mr Osborne joins Catesby from Miller Homes and is experienced in the acquisition of greenfield and brownfield sites and the promotion of strategic land.
His experience also extends to the handling of large planning applications, bringing forward major housing association schemes and working on regeneration schemes.
Paul Brocklehurst, chief executive of Catesby, said the appointment reflected the company’s expansion plans.

In the last 12 months, Catesby has obtained consent for 3,150 new homes and 50 hectares of employment uses on its site at Newark, for a foodstore at Doncaster and now let to Wm Morrison plc, and for up to 400 new homes, retail and industrial development on land owned and held under option at Bude in Cornwall.
