Catesby Estates Selected As Preferred land Promoter At Warfield, Berkshire
Catesby Estates are promoting strategic land at Scotlands Farm, Warfield as a sustainable and suitable site for residential development.
Land Promotion Through Emerging Bracknell Forest Local Plan
The site has been previously promoted for allocation in the emerging Bracknell Forest Local Plan, which will guide development within the Borough up to 2037.
Submissions were made through the ‘call for sites’ process. Consequently, the site is identified as part of a wider expanse of land, in the ‘Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment 2016 (‘SHELAA’).
The site is not located within the Green Belt.
The Catesby Estates team look forward to working with Ian Barnett, Leaders Romans Group and Boyer to bring this site forward through the Local Planning process for new homes and community facilities.
