Catesby successful secured the allocation and removal from the greenbelt of 11 acres of land at Dickens Heath in the Solihull Local Plan.
An outline planning application for up to 130 plots was submitted on the site in September 2013.
This was refused by Solihull MBC and an application was for an appeal was lodged in March 2014.
The same application was re-submitted in June 2014 and Solihull MBC resolved to grant outline planning permission in August 2014.
The site was sold to Bellway Homes Limited in December 2014.
