The site, which sits only a few hundred metres away from Camden tube station and the world renowned Camden Lock, was purchased unconditionally in June 2008 as a vacant office building and Catesby immediately sought to work with the local authority to obtain approval for a student accommodation lead development scheme.  Planning consent was granted in October 2009 for 114 student studios and approximately 12,500 sq ft of office space on the ground and lower ground floors.

The site was sold to Watkin Jones in 2010 with the development completed in the spring of 2012.
