Land off Marcham Road, Marcham

Land off Marcham Road in Marcham village has been identified as a draft allocation in the publication version of the Vale of White Horse Local Plan Part 2 following successful promotion by Catesby Estates.

The draft allocation proposes up to 90 new homes on the land together with landscaping and open space and safeguards an area of land for the proposed Marcham bypass.

A public consultation has been carried out and an outline planning application is due to be submitted in 2018.
