An outline planning application has been submitted for a residential development of up to 130 dwellings, including 35% affordable homes on a site of 15.1 acres.  Catesby’s vision includes providing a community play area along with landscaped open space.

The site is accessed off Waldingfield Road (B1115), one of the main roads into Sudbury, within the administrative boundary of Babergh District Council
