Sudbury Planning Application
Catesby has submitted an outline planning application for the development of up to 130 new homes on land to the north of Waldingfield Road, Sudbury. As identified in the adopted Babergh Core Strategy, the site forms part of the ‘Chilton Woods Strategic Allocation’ allocated for mixed use development of approximately 1,050 dwellings, employment space and community facilities. The proposals aim to deliver a high quality development including affordable homes and open space, in a sustainable location close to local facilities. The application is due to be determined by Babergh District Council on or before 6th November 2017.
