Catesby Estates has entered into an agreement to promote land to the south of Titchfield Lane, Wickham for residential development (January 2020).

The greenfield land site is 34.4 acres, and lies within the administrative area of Winchester City Council.
David Harper, Area Land Director for Catesby said; "We are pleased to have added to our land promotion portfolio this well located and sustainable site."
"The Council is in the process of preparing a Local Plan and Wickham is identified as a key market town. We will be working with the Council and other stakeholders to bring this site forward through the Local Plan process for new homes along with supporting community facilities and infrastructure."
