Catesby successful secured the allocation and removal of 11 acres from the greenbelt at Dickens Heath in the Solihull Local Plan.
An outline planning application for up to 130 homes was submitted on the site in September 2013. This was refused by Solihull MBC and an application for an appeal was lodged in March 2014.
The same application was resubmitted in June 2014 and Solihull MBC resolved to grant outline planning permission in August 2014.
