New Office For Strategic Land Promoter

Our new office is located on the award winning Urban&Civic Houlton development in Rugby.

We are co-habiting with our U&C colleagues in this amazing purpose built space with hot desks, breakout areas, plenty of meeting rooms and even a living moss wall.

Just a few finishing touches to personalise the space to be installed, but we are in and fully operational!

The added benefits of the new office location include the Tuning Fork café as a neighbour, the extensive open space on the doorstep offering the opportunity for a walk or run around the block (to burn off the delicious cakes and coffee from said cafe!), ample charging points for cars and just a short hop to Rugby train station with easy access to London and Birmingham.

This move provides increased space and facilities to support the next phase of growth for the Catesby business.
