Anna joined Catesby Estates in September 2019 with over 19 years of Urban Design and Masterplanning experience in both public and private sector roles. Her roles have included: Director for Savills Urban Design Studio, Birmingham; Associate Director at Barton Willmore, Reading; and Urban Designer for Wycombe District Council.
Extensive experience in the land sector
She has extensive experience in the preparation of large and medium size strategic greenfield and brownfield masterplan schemes accommodating mixed use residential schemes; employment development; and leisure uses. The masterplans and accompanying reports support a variety of development phases including: early concept ideas; site feasibility analysis for land owners; site promotions for local plan allocations; and preparation of robust material for outline planning applications.
Highly qualified land promotion design and masterplanner
Anna holds a Masters in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University, and Postgraduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning from University College London and a BA (Hons) in Urban Planning and Management from Nottingham University.
She is also a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
