Aritz joined Catesby Estates in 2024 following the acquisition of L&Q Estates by Urban&Civic and is responsible for technical matters from initial site appraisal, site promotion through to planning applications.

A wealth of highways and transportation knowledge

Knowledgeable and experienced in the planning and development sectors with strength in Highways and Transportation matters.

Aritz has 20 years of experience in the development industry having worked first as a Transport Planner for several private sector consultancies including WYG and Jubb.

Before joining Catesby Estates he was Engineering Director at L&Q Estates running the Planning Engineering team and managing the portfolio of sites.

Aritz enjoys solving problems with innovative, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions while also minimising technical and delivery risks.
