Ed Barrett - Area Planning Director

Ed joined Catesby Estates in 2016 as Senior Planning Manager.
He became Associate Director, Planning in 2019, and was promoted to Area Planning Director in December 2022.
Extensive experience of land promotion both client and consultant side
He has extensive experience identifying the development potential of sites, preparing detailed supporting evidence, day-to-day management of major multi-disciplinary planning projects and negotiation with local planning authorities, statutory consultees, local lobby groups, politicians and local communities.
Ed was previously Associate Director at Turley Planning Consultancy and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
