A Technical Expert In Bringing Forward Homes On Strategic Land
Graham joined Catesby Estates in 2024, following the acquisition of L&Q Estates, as Area Technical Director.
With a focus on Central England, Graham is responsible for all technical matters relating to the viability, sourcing and delivery of new land. Whilst also supporting the Planning Team during the planning application process.
A background in multidisciplinary projects with a focus on water infrastructure for residential and commercial development sites.
Graham has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of water infrastructure on multidisciplinary projects, delivering solutions to meet clients’ requirements.
Graham has been responsible for managing services ranging from Civil Engineering, Flood Risk, Flood Prevention/Resilience, Geotechnical, Archaeological, Noise, Air Quality, Mineral Assessments and Environmental support.
He enjoys overcoming technically challenging design constraints with practical cost-effective solutions.
