Sarah Greenall - Planning Manager

A Strong Planning Background

Sarah joined Catesby Estates in 2025 and began her career in planning in local authority development management, where she gained valuable experience working on a wide range of application types, including minor developments and small-scale major residential schemes.

This foundational role provided her with a strong understanding of the planning process from a public sector perspective.

Range of planning experience 

She later went on to work at Barratt Homes Northampton where she progressed to a Senior Planner position, focusing on reserved matters applications for developments ranging from 150 to 500 units.

Her role involved gaining detailed planning consent, undertaking site appraisals for potential new acquisitions, and managing the discharge of planning conditions to enable lawful commencement on site.

Over time, she began working on strategic projects, which sparked a deeper interest in long-term, strategic work and resulted in the decision to move over to Catesby Estates to pursue this interest.

She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
