Sarah Griffiths - Associate Planning Director

Sarah joined Catesby Estates in 2024 as part of the acquisition of L&Q Estates, where Sarah had been an Associate Planning Director for 7 years.

Sarah is a town planner with experience of working in both the public and private (consultancy and client side) sectors.

A Highly Experienced Planning Specialist

Sarah has extensive experience of promoting and delivering a range of residential projects as a planning consultant and then client side for Gallagher Estates/L&Q Estates.

She also has previous public sector experience working as a Planning Officer at Bournemouth Borough Council and as a Planning Enforcement Officer at both New Forest District Council and East Dorset District Councill.

Sarah is an accredited Town Planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
