A Highly Experienced Planning Specialist

Stuart joined Catesby Estates in 2024, following the acquisition of L&Q Estates.

Stuart has nearly 20 years’ experience working previously in both the public and private sector, but more recently as Associate Planning Director with L&Q Estates for the past 7 years.

Consultancy And Local Government Experience

He is experienced in the promotion and submission of strategic sites through the planning process and works on a wide range of projects right through from land promotion to inception.

Stuart gained 9 years’ experience working for two national planning consultancies (GVA -now Avison Young and Barton Willmore - now Stantec) and before that in Local Government.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Spatial Planning and is a Chartered Member of the of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and sits on the Policy & Technical Committee of the Land, Planning and Development Federation (LPDF).
