Adrian Clack - Group Land Director

A Land Promotion & Development Specialist

Previously Managing Director of L&Q Estates, Adrian joined Catesby as Group Land Director, following the Urban & Civic acquisition of L&Q Estates in 2024.

As Group Land Director, Adrian sits on both the Catesby Board and Senior Management Team.

A strong track record in housebuilding and land promotion

Adrian is a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor and has previously held senior positions at housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey, where he headed up the Midlands and South Wales Strategic Land & Planning Team.

In 2014, he was appointed Group Land Director for Gallagher Estates (latterly L&Q Estates) before stepping up to Managing Director in June 2022.

Adrian has a considerable track record in strategic land acquisition, specialising in large, multi-landowner, urban extension and new settlement sites.

Adrian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was part of the founding member group of The Land, Planning and Development Federation (LPDF).
