Interested in a career in strategic land promotion?

Catesby Estates offer a range of challenging career opportunities in strategic land promotion.

We recruit, train and develop people for the long term and the business places strong emphasis on lifelong learning, and our employees undertake at least ten hours of non-mandatory company provided or sponsored learning, training or professional study each year.

Employee retention within the business is high with 50% of employees being with the business for five years or more, and nearly 80% with the business for more than three years.

We conduct performance appraisal reviews annually to ensure employees have a clear development plan, and we support our employees to pursue and maintain professional qualifications and any other relevant career development goals.

Annual Employee Away Day

Every year we link up with our parent company Urban&Civic for our annual two day staff conference. View the roundup video from the 2023 event here.

In addition to the usual updates and talks by experts in their field, teams are asked to tackle and report on topics ranging from bio-diversity to internal communications.

Work Hard And Play Hard

We are a very social team, and have regular organised events which have included everything from darts and axe throwing, to curling and simple afterwork drinks!

If you have the type of qualifications, experience and drive to be part of a very talented strategic land promotion team, get in touch by sending your current C.V. and covering letter to info@catesbyestates.co.uk

If you do not hear from us further, we wish you the best of success in finding something suitable to your requirements.

Catesby Estates is an equal opportunities employer.

Corporate And  Social Responsibility

Catesby Estates has a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and ethical business values are at the very heart of what we do.

Our sites assist with job creation and economic growth, with considerations for the environment and sustainability being at the forefront of our decision making process.

We actively support organisations local to our sites, working with or volunteering with the likes of Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) and the Forest of Marston Vale.

Volunteering Opportunities

We encourage our team to play a part in their communities at work and at home through the company wide volunteering scheme.

Employees are eligible to apply for paid volunteering leave to undertake approved volunteer work, for up to three of their equivalent working days per calendar year.

Team members have volunteered at a local community foodbank, at a Read Easy Group and also assisted a group providing support for young carers.
