Land Acquisition And Disposal Specialist

Andy joined Catesby Estates in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Land Director in December 2023.

He is responsible for the identification, acquisition and subsequent disposal of future land promotional opportunities across the south of the UK.

Housebuilding and land promotion experience

Prior to his appointment at Catesby Estates, Andy gained 9 years’ experience in the housebuilding and land promotion business.

He started his professional career at Bellway Homes as Technical Assistant and later transitioned into a Land Buying role in 2012, where he was successful in making a number of key acquisitions.

In 2015 Andy joined Stratland Estates and became their Land & Development Director overseeing all sites from initial identification to the eventual onward sale to regional and national housebuilders.
