Phil joined Catesby Estates in January 2026, bringing with him a wealth of legal expertise.

Phil has worked closely with Catesby for many years during his time at Eversheds Sutherland and will be very well known to many across the housebuilding and land promotion sectors. 

Helping Manage Risk

In his advisory role, Phil provides high-level legal input on new contracts and offers strategic advice across our existing agreements, helping the business manage risk and progress sites efficiently.

Over the course of his career, Phil has led teams delivering some of the largest immediate and strategic residential developments in England and Wales, acting for clients including Taylor Wimpey, David Wilson Homes, Redrow, Morris Homes, Persimmon and Miller Homes.
